Manaslu with Annapurna Trek

Manaslu (8156 m) and Annapurna I (8092 m) are the 8th and 10th world highest mountain. Manaslu and Annapurna Circuit Trek is a classic trek which circle around these two mountain range. This trek passes 2 highest passes Larke Pass(5130m) and Thorang la(5416 m). It takes us deep inside of nature where feeling of isolation from modernism and materialistic things comes along. Life here is very simple, beautiful and free like a bird. Your heart can fly away to the top of mountain or fly down to the button and swim on the river like a fish. As cold air from the mountain touch us, we can feel the freedom of being into the wild.

We start our trekking from small mountain town, Arughat in a subtropical climate zone and trek slowly up to the alpine climate zone. During trek, we can observe the lifestyle of people and get closer insight of their daily life. We can see people cutting grass, carrying wood, washing cloth and dishes in the stream. We encounter some of the domestic animals as well. Beautiful mountain range are always present at the background which keeps refreshing us with its prevailing beauty.
The major settlement we find in this trek are Arught, Samagau, Samdo, Chame, Manang and Jomsom. Different ethnic people live in these settlement area.

Accommodation During Trekking
During the trek, we will be staying at local teahouses. These offer accommodation and food served in a dining room which also functions as a social meeting place with other trekkers. All accommodation is on a twin shared basis. A single room is usually available at a little extra cost. The tour guide will arrange the best available accommodation in each village. As we advance to higher and more remote villages it may occasionally be necessary to share a room with more than 2 people. During the treks, most of the bathroom and toilet facilities are shared and toilet can be either a squat or a western toilet.

Meals During Trekking
In Kathmandu we can enjoy authentic Nepalese food such as Thali and Momo at a traditional Nepalese restaurant. For instance the Newari restaurant is a special place serving Newari food (the Newari are the indigenous people of the Kathmandu valley). Newari food is famous and unique. During the trek we will eat traditional Nepalese food as well as more international cuisine (Tibetan, Indian, Italian and continental). Dinner and breakfast will be taken at the teahouse where we spend the night and lunch at one of the trail teahouses.
